Accounts Executive

Data entries AR receipts Reconciliation of daily bank receipts (including bond receipts) with total receipts in RMS Assist auditor's request on AR invoices and receipts sample Bank reconciliation for all banks Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.) Responsible for GST returns, PAYG withholding tax, annual tax returns, annual XRBL submission (if any), annual company return (if any) Coordinate and liaise with internal parties like property team and reservation team Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal Assist in new processes and system implementation when required Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding and budget allocation Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by CFO or supervisor

Job Requirements

Must know how to do full set of accounts Minimum 3 years of experience in accountancy. * Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
