Managing invoicing roles such as: Ensure adequate format and content of invoices by category of spend Ensure timely invoicing Escalate collections and PO/DO issues Prepare overdue reports, monitor invoice collection, and debtor's turnaround period Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of financial data. Assist in collecting change request data and ensure accuracy and timely submission. Maintain proper contracts/licenses record to ensure timely renewals. Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
