Supervision of accounting staffs
Handle full spectrum of accounting matters including management reporting, taxation and monthly accounts closing
Review subsidiaries management report
Preparation of group consolidation report
Preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecast
Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters
GST review and submission
Preparation of tax schedules and liaise with tax agent
Preparation of Transfer pricing documentation
Administer, implement and manage accounting process flow from time to time for optimised efficiency
Manages and resolves any complex accounting issues
Approves documents within the ERP system as per workflow processes
Perform timely and accurate review for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for submission to management within stipulated timeline
Sets KPIs for the team and ensure the team achieves the goals set
Create an environment that motivates and sets positive morale for the department
Conduct staffs\xe2\x80\x99 performance evaluations

Job Requirement

Degree in Accounting Discipline
5 years of working experience in accounting handling multiple fullset of accounts
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of accounting terminology and manage full set of accounts
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
Proficient in Business Central System will be a plus
