We are now searching for an exceptionally motivated and driven Regional Strategic Accounts Manager for our Regional Commercial Team. This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head, Regional Strategic Accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing top regional restaurant partners and growth activities in APAC and must have a track record of 5+ years as a significant individual contributor - comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management.

Responsibilities

Relationship management

  • Manage and cultivate strong business relationships with regional restaurant strategic partners, owning C-level relationships and identify growth opportunities to collaborate for further business growth and profitability
  • Develop trusted relationships with our key partners and acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Develop operational, marketing strategies and plans to grow the brand regionally and enhance the partnership to benefit both sides.
  • Analyzing Business performance to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs
Inter-departmental Collaboration
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional stakeholders across our APAC regional and country teams to drive adoption of our service offerings
  • Build and launch Enabling tools to optimize country SAM teams
  • Support country teams with negotiating terms of co-funded deals, brand operations and marketing planning and reporting results which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
  • Execute successful cross functional business strategies to support restaurant key partner\'s and foodpanda\'s growth regionally
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience within enterprise account management, Business Development role for top e-commerce, F&B or FMCG brands
  • Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
  • Strong networking skills and interpersonal skills, consultative sales approach, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
  • Refined analytical skill set with a high degree of comfort in connecting the dots between joint business planning and business impact
  • A competent result-oriented decision-maker with with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan through strong stakeholder management and execution skills
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
  • Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach
  • Experience in APAC markets
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), is a must; Tableau and SQL are a bonus
