Responsibilities :
Lead and coach Singapore Customer Accounting Department (Accounts Receivables Team, Customer Claim Team, and Settlement Team)
Supervise team in the creation/maintenance/deletion of Customer/Outlet Master Data Maintenance for entire customer database.
Prepare/document/maintain existing process and procedures for Customer Master Maintenance and ensure the process are current.
Credit Control \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor, review and recommend credit positions
Collection \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor, follow up and recommend actions on customers outstanding
Monitor receivable collection allocation are performed and cleared on timely basis
Initiate payment schedule with customers to facilitate payment for overdue invoices when necessary
Ensure claims & rebate management are maintained accurately, timely, and valid
Monitor accruals and its actualization monthly, propose for clearing/reversal, maintain DFR & DME timely.
Accounting and administration \xe2\x80\x93 Manage financial closing and information needs

Requirements :
Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications
Experience in FMCG/ F&B industry will be preferred.
