Ask Accounts Manager to release payments in JPM. Key in vendor invoices into SAP. Downloaded payment advices from JPM after payment released. Key in payment into SAP. Record down document numbers on PVs. To notify mills through email with payment advice and breakdown of payment. Check and verify staff claims before payment Purchase of office supplies Create PO for non material purchases To create journal entries voucher for approval by Accounts Manager Recurring JEs include prepayments, bank charges, funds transfers, depreciations. To input all mill invoices into excel and ensure total ties to the balance in SAP and mill confirmation To post into SAP back charges to intercompanies and ensure all back charges are accounted for Back charges are usually posted into a holding account in SAP before back charging, hence we need to ensure that this holding account is zerorised monthly. Create reconciliations for some balance sheet accounts and standard recurring JEs listing ARC- to input recociliations into ARC To update listings for lease payments/ Top 30 vendors/ Intercompany transactions To submit GST F5 quarterly to IRAS Requirements: At least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or relevant certificate With 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience Experience in SAP is a must
