• Review, verify and upload incoming invoices / disbursements into system timely and accurately
• Ensure staff claims are processed timely
• Perform monthly analysis and reconciliation of vendor accounts with follow-up and closure
• Compliance with company policies, business processes, internal controls and local statutory requirements
• Work closely with accountants & controller on outstanding invoices
• Continuous improvement of AP process
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Qualification Requirements Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting or other relevant major
• Long relevant experience may replace formal education

Experience

• 
  1-3 years of relevant experience
• Enjoy high volume and fast paced environment
• Cross-border experience, working in a multinational company will be an advantage

Interpersonal Skills

• Good interpersonal skills
• Detailed-oriented and ability to meet tight timeline
• Team player with good communication skill and strong initiative
• Structured and systematic work approach
• Have a “hands-on” approach towards work and results-driven

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of bookkeeping principals
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
