Job Summary:

• Company background: Transportation
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 5.30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 3,200 + 2 Performance Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Issuing accurate and timely customer invoices.
• Monitoring and following up on overdue accounts.
• Processing payments in accordance with financial policies.
• Reconciling accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
• Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Analyzing cash flow and assisting with month-end/year-end processes.
• Collaborating with departments to address customer inquiries.
• Contributing to process improvements and handling administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant study in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as MS Business Central, Accpac, etc)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
