Job Description

Job Summary:

• One year contract (convertible to Permanent)

• 5 days\' work week

• UP to S$4,000

• Completion bonus + AWS

• Transport allowance $150 monthly

• Location: Central (Telok Ayer)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and cash management.

• Review, verify, and process approximately 300 monthly invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the financial system.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoice processing.

• Prepare and process staff claims and vendor payments, ensuring compliance with agreed payment terms and company policies.

• Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger regularly to ensure accuracy.

• Prepare accounts payable aging and cash flow forecasts.

• Generate and review bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of cash flow when required.

• Liaise with other departments or subsidiaries to address and resolve financial issues.

Job Requirement:

• Full set accounting experience is advantageous.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to work independently and in team settings

• MS Office proficient
