What you will learn and contribute to

You will be part of CNS GBC Presales Advanced Consulting Services (ACS) organization reporting directly into Head of ACS. You will join as leader, leading the business development, presales, delivery, and competent development of consulting services in these domains.

You will:

  • Establish and manage cross-functional transformation plans for our customers driven by Business Application technology, automation, and operations investments
  • Define Business Application (OSS/BSS, Inventory, Service Orchestration, Network and Services Assurance) architecture and strategy for our customers
  • Identify the gaps in Operations Automation and define Automation framework/use cases, as per industry standard and best practices
  • Define Target Operating Model for our customer including Digital Operations, AI Ops, Service Lifecycle Management, Hybrid Cloud Operations, DevOps and Agile.
  • Lead Process and Change Management for Business Application transformation projects
  • Fully responsible for all aspects of consulting services delivery to selected Nokia customers
  • Facilitate customer workshops and conduct interview to collect customer requirements & define current mode of operations
  • Implementation of Business Application transformation plan and change management
  • Strive for customer business benefits and customer satisfaction
  • Identify sales opportunities for Nokia to create further customer value
  • Lead virtual teams to deliver Business Application transformation projects
Your skills and experience

You have:
  • Engineering or computer science from a reputable institution, MBA a plus
  • About 20+ years in the Telecom or IT industry or about 10+ years in management consulting industry
  • Financial understanding of Telco operations and business case development and technology understanding of Telco functions, including marketing and customer care
  • Good understanding of OSS/BSS, Unified Inventory, Service Orchestration, Network and Services Assurance, 5G slicing automation, Analytics, AI Operations and Operations Automation.
  • Solid understanding of industry standards e.g. TMF, ETSI, 3GPP
  • Ability to work with both technical and management layers with customers
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Wireless Technologies 5G, 4G and/or business Applications such as Orchestration, OSS/BSS
  • Business case development, experience in sales and business management
  • Experience in setting up and leading transformation programs
  • Ability to address and engage with customer CxO and Director level executive
  • Committed to deliver the services and business benefits sold to the operator
  • Willingness to travel and spend time in customer premise
  • Self-starter and systematic in structuring required steps to reach the goal
  • Team player with good facilitation and mentoring skills
  • High tolerance for stress and uncertainty
