• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the activities content updates
• Competitors research on WorldRoamer’s content to ensure pricing parity
• Research potential vendors to bring new content onboard WorldRoamer’s platform
• Work with the marketing team on materials to promote activities
• Assist WorldRoamer’s customers in managing their enquiries or bookings via email and other communication channels.
• The job scope will be 70% on Activities and 30% on Customer Support
• Be willing and open to contribute to the business functions and/or projects as needed.
• Any other related work that the superiors may require assistance on in relation to the travel platform
