• Create listings for properties on WorldRoamer's website by curating content such as uploading of photos etc while ensuring accuracy in the process
• Identify and provide recommendations on operational process and system gaps to improve workflow for hotels on-boarding
• Conduct user testing on WorldRoamer's website and systems to ensure that it is user-friendly and compliant with the business requirements
• Research and compile a list of hotels within the targeted destinations
• Pitch and negotiate with the targeted hotels to sign up as WorldRoamer’s partners
• On-board and provide training to hotels on the use of WorldRoamer’s system
• Liaise with hotels on any rate parity or room inventory issue based on market research and analysis
• Work with the marketing team on materials to promote hotels destinations and cross-sell activities online
• The job scope will be 80% on Hotels and 20% on Customer Support
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver assigned tasks/projects requirements
• Any other related work that the team leads may require assistance on in relation to the travel platform
