About the Team

As part of the Digital Acquisition Strategy and Operations team (DASO), our Ad Operations Intern will get to work on various impactful projects related to the operational and strategic success of our team. These complex and data-driven projects will help aid in the success of ServiceNow's digital ad campaigns. Our goal is to centralize and scale the digital marketing efforts within ServiceNow and ultimately drive success for our stakeholders. We work with many teams across ServiceNow like the Global Campaigns, Talent and Event Marketing teams to execute and drive their paid media programs. The role requires an acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies and a passion for discovery deep diving into data to find actionable insights. Our Ad Ops team loves to collaborate, support each other, take on challenges, learn and have fun together.

Successful Candidate will:

  • Gain a solid understanding of how programmatic display, video, and social media platforms work to help us deliver and optimize ServiceNow digital campaigns to our target customers.
  • Learn how to utilize a variety of tools that help us acquire new customers via our digital channels.
  • Create and update operational manuals and checklists across the entire team that will improve efficiency with the launch and management of our digital campaigns.
  • Utilize our data tools and platforms to learn how to pull reporting, analyze metrics and provide key insights of the impact of our work, performance and learnings.
Qualifications

Role Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Expected to graduate anytime between Dec 2023 - Dec 2024
  • Able to commit for 3 months full time (Monday to Friday) internship, starting April/May 2023
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising
  • Appreciation for complex processes, testing and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data. Uses metrics to drive decision making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-starter with initiative and attention to detail
  • Curious about what works, what doesn't and why
  • Agility and speed, able to work in a fast-paced environment
