Roles & Responsibilities Account balance sheet

• Prepared cheque for bills settlement, kept necessary filing, data entry, inventory management, maintain shipping records and handled paperwork associated with shipping duties
• Performed personal assistant duties such as meeting schedule planning and flight booking for company

and being the main contact person, facilitated office daily operation support

• Price negotiation with the suppliers to achieve the best price
• Order lead time monitoring and cargo export or import arrangement
• Issue GRN (Goods Receipt Note) to warehouse and ensure stocks are well received.
• Prepare purchase order and purchase invoice
• Responsible for all import or export logistical activities include storage allocation and delivery process
• Prepared reports for order shipment status for customers and liaise closely with customers on the shipment plan

• Worked with forwarder for vessel booking arrangement

• Prepared shipment documents (invoice, packing list, AWB/Bill of landing and etc)
• Intimated insurance company or agent for most appropriate marine insurance coverage within tight timeline
• Understood and complied with various countries’ shipping rules and regulations – applied required certification if applicable (Certificate of Origin, Form E, Certificate of Conformity and etc)
• Negotiated, prepared and maintained full set L/C bank documentation and shipping documentations
