Job Description


Description & Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales documents
  • Coordinate & liaising with suppliers & forwarders on delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Follow up closely with suppliers on backlog
  • Handling shipping documentation
  • Liaise closely with internal & external people and operations team on order fulfilment, inventory & shipment related activities
  • Ensure documents, data and records are properly updated and kept for ease of retrieval
  • Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment
