JOB DESCRIPTION: Office Administration Fulfills the government requirements for uninterrupted business operations by ensuring timely, correct and complete processing of application of business registration of the company with the local government units Maintains the safety, security, cleanliness and orderliness of the office to provide a good working environment to the employees and a presentable place to other parties Represents the company to government agencies to address the company's compliance requirements. Handles IT related concerns and coordinate complex concerns with IT consultant. Assists HR in event planning and sourcing of suppliers Responsible for purchasing office related supplies neededCash ManagementHandling of Office Petty Cash Fund / Cash Custodian Management of corporate bank account of the company to ensure balanced accountsPreparation of Monthly Cash and Bank ReportsRecording of accounting reports to QuickBooksFacilitate payments to suppliers (utilities and other company expenses)QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Filipino At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
