Manage Calendar - coordinate and schedule meeting call appointments, set reminders, researching and making restaurants reservations, organize and handle travel arrangements
Manage day to day secretarial support and administrative works
Oversee and liaise with external vendors on facilities and maintenance: air conditioning, electric wear and tear etc
Handle HR related matters including talent recruitment & selection process, update and maintain proper staff database, payroll & CPF contribution and leave administration
Support and assist Shipping team to manage shipping documentation formalities
Visit the warehouse monthly to supervise container stuffing and ensure that all orders are executed in an orderly and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE A\xe2\x80\x99 level or ITE
Minimum 2 years\' experience or background in supply chain will be advantageous GCE \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Level
Knowledge in Letter of Credit, declaration of Export Permit and Certificate of Origin will be beneficial but not a must.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) for precise documentation.
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Independent worker with meticulous attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technology and software.
