Duties Responsible in handling preventative and proactive maintenance to the building facilities/ system/ equipment to ensure all system are in good functioning condition at all times. If any repair or replacement is required, source for quotations and arrange for the work to be carried. Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external partners vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Order/ Invoices. Updating of maintenance schedule and incurred reports To ensure that there is adequate stock for all toiletries and groceries supplies and place order if the stock is running low.
