Job scope :
Prepare necessary paperwork including but not limited to quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices etc.,
Handle phone calls of customers\' enquiries
Liaise with technical team to ensure ail servicing, maintenance & repairs of instruments are met with the required standard
Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Customer service orientated, order fulfilment to customer, include pre-sales, post sales follow-up promptly.
Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Ability to multitask and prioritize all administrative paperwork
