Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 Salary: $2300 to $2500

\xc2\xb7 Working location: Pioneer Road

\xc2\xb7 5 working days + 1 Saturday per month

\xc2\xb7 Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Preparing Minutes for Department Manager Meetings and Department Meetings.

\xc2\xb7 To monitor and Renew Vehicle Insurance, Road Tax, Vehicle Inspection and update the Vehicle Register. Receive and process payments

\xc2\xb7 To keep Vehicle Servicing & Summons records and update the Vehicle Register accordingly.

\xc2\xb7 Booking Air Tickets and Hotel accommodation and keeping records through approved vendors.
