We are a company specializing in commercial thermal imaging camera solutions and are looking for a responsible and positive Admin Assistant to join our team.
Job Details
Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,200
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
Working Hours: 5 Days, 8.30am - 6.00pm
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day administrative and customer support functions of the company.
Manage and maintain office supplies and office equipment.
Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle email correspondence professionally.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents when required.
Maintain accurate records and databases, including customer and sales information.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts.
Support in resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
