QUALIFICATION AND NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year experience of in office and administrative jobs or any related work experience
PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Professional Skills, administrative and clerical skills.
NEEDED SKILLS: Good communication skills (written, spoken), intermediate - expert computer skills, keen on details.
Knows how to use excel and maintain trackers/monitoring
NEEDEDANGUAGE: English, FilipinoImplements and executes Adm Lin. activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with companyPolicies in regards to Event Management.
2. Coordinates with the different departments for the events/ activities they will be organizing.
3. Coordinate with another department/modules for the requirements of the activities/event.
4. Manage different social media platforms to promote FH events/ activities.
5. Promote different modes of discussion and information to all FH employees.
