Provide administrative support to the management team and departments as needed.
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize filing systems, databases, and office records.
Support in procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors.
Assist with expense claims, invoices, and basic financial administration.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Entry level is welcome
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
