Job Title: Admin Assistant Manager

The Group\'s company is one of in-flight catering provider for Japan domestic flight.

:
- As a startup Admin Assistant Manager, responsible to oversee and support the office daily to the Director and also point of contact to liaise with internal and external parties including but not limited to vendors/suppliers regarding to facilities management and set up.- Support office management, undertake clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.- Support and assist in building-up the system infrastructure and system processes. - Coordination and liaising with the Japan HQ regarding to daily operations need.- Support and assist in team and recruitment process when needed- Attend to meetings and reporting when required.

Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 3 years of related experience is preferred- Able to multitask, confident, independent and time management- Possess basic knowledge in using software system is prefer- Having a keen sense of ownership and responsible- Relevant experience working in start-up team or company, passion and understand how start-up operate is preferred- Able to speak and write in English- Basic proficiency in Japanese language (able to read and write only) is a big plus as company\'s software is in Japanese language; Training will be provided

Compensation:
- Location: CBD- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm- AWS
