Job Description

Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls * Servicing walk in customers * Assisting Purchasing/Account team for Data entry works (need to understand product in order to have correct Data Entr Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Servicing walk in customers Assisting Purchasing/Account team for Data entry works (need to understand product in order to have correct Data Entry, training will be provided) Assisting Purchasing/Account team for scan or copy documents Assisting Purchasing/Account team for filing & Achieve Assisting on purchasing orders or delivery orders Order Stationery and office necessaries. Arrange our Daily Schedule and appointments, keep team updated Assist on daily self- collection. Keep track on borrowed samples (sample we loaned from others) chase sales team to return on time. Manage meeting and posting project meeting schedules, Set up meeting room if there is any appointment, or internal meetings. Assist Storeman on Monthly Stock- Check. Other Admin duties assigned.
