Mon - Fri Office Hours

Up$3000

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the purchasing office supplies
  • Handling incoming call/email/walk-in enquiries
  • Maintaining a listing of fixed/minor assets
  • Managing the budget and ensuring the proper documentation
  • Display weekly activity schedule.
  • Perform vital sign checks before conducting any activities.
  • Liaising with the vendors for office equipment, uniform, procurement
  • Overseeing repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinating IT tasks with external vendors and assisting with the organization of meetings
Requirement:

Min 2 years admin experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
