Our client is a law firm located near Tanjong Pagar MRT. This position is a 1 month contract.
Responsibility:

  • Handling walk in enquiries
  • Assist in office supplies and management
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and coordinate with courier
  • Ad-hoc administrative support


Requirements:

  • No minimum education
  • Prior experience as administrator or receptionist will be a plus
  • Meticulous and good personality
  • Singaporean only
Additional Information:
