Job Title: Admin Assistant | Warehouse & Procurement

Location: Singapore | Near to Pasir Panjang MRT

As an Admin Assistant in the Warehouse & Procurement department, you will be an integral part of our daily operations. You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of our warehouse and procurement activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inventory records and data entry.
  • Assisting with purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinating shipments and deliveries.
  • Communicating with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintaining organized documentation and records. Assisting in general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexible. A team player with a proactive attitude.
