Duties and Responsibilities * Data entry in Account software and HR software. * Prepare tax invoices, quotations and monitor overdue accounts. * Manage accounts receivables and accounts payab Duties and Responsibilities Data entry in Account software and HR software. Prepare tax invoices, quotations and monitor overdue accounts. Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable Ensuring efficiency and accuracy of records. Prepare all staffs' petty cash and claim. Attending to customers call and resolving them. Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. Updating all records periodically. Other miscellaneous administration job. Requirements . Ability to read and understand English . Good communication and coordination skills. . Basic Admin knowledge. .
