Job Description


Job Scope:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, office facility maintenance, office supplies and housekeeping duties.
  • Manage phone calls, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate local and overseas shipments.
  • Assist in stock-taking activities and packing goods for shipment when required.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills.

  • Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance,
housekeeping matters, etc.

  • Manage office stationery and supplies
  • Coordinate local & overseas shipment
  • Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
  • Assist in stock-take activity
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • GCE xe2x80x98N Level or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
  • Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
  • Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items
  • Responsible, committed and independent
  • Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for self-improvement
