Provide direct customer service to clients to ensure that their requirements are met and services are rendered accurately
Support the senior manager for all in-housing corporate secretarial filling matters for MAS, ACRA & IRAS, maintain statutory register, records and ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
Maintaining of the company software to ensure data accuracy
Support the operations director in all administrative duties such as invoices / payments & claims
Coordinatre the calendar activities for the management to include business meetings or internal discussions
Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry
Min diploma in any field
Good interpersonal and communication skills in speaking to different stakeholders (i.e directors / corporate partners)
