Job description - Verify supplier invoices -Prepare GIRO payment for supplier, staff claim and petty cash - Work closely with project department to follow up the project status. - Perform data entry into accounting system - Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of suitable candidates for interview. - Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation. - Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers. - Matters related to MYE application. - Planning and implementation of HR projects or initiatives in accordance with company's values. - Assist in Annual Performance Appraisal. - Any other ad-hoc assignments when necessary and assigned by management. Job Requirement: - Min 2 years of HR experience - Good knowledge of construction MOM guidelines and Employment Laws. - Able to work independently & multitasking. - Possess good communication and interpersonal skill. - Attention to detail is a plus. - Salary will correspond with related experience and relevance in field of study. - Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec preferred. Candidates with strong interest and willingness to learn even without relevant knowledge/experience may also be considered.
