Key in invoices and send Statement of Accounts (SOA)
Ensure timely payment collection and perform payment knock-off
Handle customer enquiries and provide customer service support
Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Preferably with relevant experience in admin and accounts
Able to handle basic accounting functions and customer service
Responsible and detail-oriented
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
