Roles & Responsibilities

Job Highlights:
  • 5 days work week
  • 9am to 5pm
Job Requirements:
  • Min GCE \'O\' Level and above
  • Pleasant personality with good working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge, preferably experience with accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice period
Job Responsibility:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handle petty cash claims and process payment
  • Account date entry - AR & AP
  • Prepare and submission of GST
  • Handle monthly CPF submission, payroll, prepare salary voucher and annual IR8a submissions
  • Record and update information into system
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
