Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Maintain proper filing, correspondence, and records \xc2\xb7 Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints \xc2\xb7 Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) \xc2\xb7 Familiar with local employment acts and good HR practices. \xc2\xb7 Create, maintain, payroll processing & update personnel files for all employees. \xc2\xb7 Maintains payroll processing systems, submission of CPF contributions and records by calculating and inputting data. \xc2\xb7 Manage work-pass and or related matters i.e application, renewal, cancellation etc. \xc2\xb7 Recruitment process by posting advertisement, conducting interview and assessment of applicants \xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative / Human Resource Management \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year work experience in administrative or a basic knowledge in HR related field \xc2\xb7 Possess positive working attitude, punctual and able to work productively under minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Ability to be resourceful, tactful, and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. \xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task and highly adaptable \xc2\xb7 Effective time management, accountable, responsible, and meticulous \xc2\xb7 Possess strong eye for details and understanding of systems/process flows \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office application \xc2\xb7 Proficient in spoken and written English \xc2\xb7 Must be able to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,700.00 - $2,400.00 per month Experience:
