Assist HOD on all human resource activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, payroll, recruitment, insurance, Manpower Planning, training, and development.
Perform monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, submission of tax clearance
Prepare pay slips for all employees and reconciliation error pay-outs
Create and maintain accurate employees data in Times Soft
Manage the Time Attendance system (E-Timesheet)and maintain an up-to-date attendance records
Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc
Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensation, etc)
Work pass applications for foreign new hires (including renewal and cancellation)
Review and updating of company policy in the Employee's Handbook
Liaise with all government and external bodies with regards to staff issues, subsidies, and grants
Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources
Arranging & conducting interviews/ initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
Prepare letters of offer, confirmation, promotion, increment, Bonus, etc
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Administer and monitor performance management processes
Ensure Prompt and courteous and accurate service to all customers and maximize customer satisfaction by greeting, answering, and attend their inquiries
Maintains all front office documents and records.
Maintain and control office equipment and purchasing of supplies
Provide office support including copy service, office supplies, equipment, inventory, administrative assistant, main distribution, and messenger service, record management, maintenance service
Reception and communication system (such as telephone, fax &, etc.)
Gather, compile and verify the information and enter it accurately into the system/ documents
Respond, and redirect routine inquiries from eternal to internal sources
Administrative roles such as answering calls, taking messages, distributing mails, preparing outgoing emails, photocopying, filing, operating office equipment, and maintaining office supplies and inventoriy
Greeting visitors, attending inquiries and providing accurate information to external
Provided typing support, such as memos, letters, transmittals, and other documents
Assist in preparation & verification of employee timecard and driver schedules log, staff details update, coordination and schedule of training programs
Entry and update expense reports, staff and workers reimbursement
Other related duties, as assigned.Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Experience in human resource and administrative disciplines in the construction industry
Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Candidates with prior experience with Time Software will have an added advantage
Willing to work 5.5 days (Alter Sat)
