Job Description


General Administrative matters include but not limited to the followings:

  • General office administration,
  • Arrange meetings for directors
  • Liaise with company secretary
  • Enforce internal control, compliance
  • Develop and review company policies
HR
  • Advantage with knowledge of labour laws
  • Handle Recruitment Matters
  • Keep employee records
  • Handle recruitment
  • Prepare Payroll, IR8A, CPF
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Process staff claims
  • Past knowledge of HR software is an advantage (like info-tech)
  • Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file/records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Keep employee records (physical and digital)
