Position: Admin cum Personal Assistant
Basic Salary: $2000-$2600 (depending on experience)
Working hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday to Saturday)
Off days: Alternate Saturdays off
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must have a Diploma/Degree
- Candidates with AutoCAD experience, and experience as a project lead or project manager in a construction or engineering company will be given priority
- Main duties include assisting the employer in coordinating projects with clients, organizing invoices and receipts, issuing bills, organizing documents, and other clerical duties. Also required to help the boss reply to emails and handle work arrangements
- Occasionally may need to assist the company in attending exhibitions, requiring an active and cooperative attitude
- Location: Tampines

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
