Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative/ clerical duties (i.e. customer relations, course enquires, simple IT support).
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned.

Pre-requisites :
  • Relevant experience working in Chinese enrichment centre.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers in person and via phone/ emails/ texts.
  • IT literate and competent (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.).
  • Experience in Sound Engineering, Studio Recording, Post-Production and familiar with Pro Tools will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, time management and organization abilities.
  • Work locations at Toa Payoh and Upper East Coast.
  • On 5-days work week including Saturday and Sunday.
