Wordsmith is a Renowned Book Publisher and Student Centric Coaching Centre for Primary Maths/Science/English @ 180 Bencoolen-Main Centre (near Rochor/Bugis MRT) and Online. Tamil Language Coaching for P1 to Sec.4 @ Little India (180 Bencoolen-Main Centre,Hougang,Bukit Batok,Bedok,Online)



We are in Tamil industry, so communicating in Tamil and English is a MUST, if can\'t speak, pls dont apply, wont be shortlisted, thanks

Diploma//Degree with min 2 years work experience in telemarking Job (training given, but need to have interest in telesales)

Experience in sales or admin/accounts atleast 2-3 years, have to be proactive and fast-learner

Have to be meticulous and focused

HAVE COMMISSION SGD 10/- FOR EACH CLASS CONVERSION

Attend to queries of parents / students - shld know to read, write and communicate in tamil (tamil industry)

To explain in phone about the assessment books / workshop / coaching class /courses available and suggest to buy suitable to them for all primary and secondary subjects

All activities related to inhouse sales, perform Sales call to convert the Leads to sales (Extra commission)

Sales to the Walkin customers and arrangement of courier

Incharge for students registration and all related activity (Training provided)

Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects

Collect and analyze information, streamline data to do product promotion

Counter sales and book stock incharge

Incharge of online and popular orders, packing, courier submission, stock check

All Admin related duties scanning, data entry etc

Responsible for office supplies and Office Equipment

Adhoc duties as and when required
