Job Description


Description:

  • Attend to queries from students, parents or members of the public (phonecalls & walk ins)
  • Assist in general administrative and student-related duties
(i) Follow up with absentees (ii) Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application (iii) Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome (iv) Guide staff for incident report (v) Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students (vi) Updating of daily student attendance
  • Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
  • Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
Requirement:
  • At least 1 years of working experience as a receptionist in a secondary school environment.
  • At least GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level certification
  • Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
  • Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
