- Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Operation Admin Customer Service Associate in our inbound travel agency, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences. :
  • Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details.
  • Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations (Combi Supplier) to share travel itineraries for client coordination. Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus.

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Time management skills
