KidStartNow is a Chinese enrichment centre dedicated to helping children build strong language foundations. We are looking for an
Admin & Customer Service Executive
who can support our centre's smooth operations, parents, and teachers.
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for parents -- handle walk-ins, phone/WhatsApp enquiries, and provide course consultation.
Coordinate and support class operations -- liaising with teachers, scheduling, preparing/printing class materials.
Manage centre admin tasks -- student enrolments, invoicing, daily collections, and student record updates in our CRM system.
Provide clear updates on tasks, follow through reliably, and support management with ad-hoc duties.
Who We're Looking For
Warm, approachable, and customer-focused.
Organised and detail-oriented, with good communication skills.
Comfortable with basic computer/CRM tasks (e.g. data entry, WhatsApp, Google Workspace).
A self-starter who can work independently and give clear progress updates.
Bilingual in English and Chinese
-- able to liaise with parents and teachers (Chinese).
Experience in customer service, education centres, or admin roles is an advantage.
Work Arrangements
We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates:
Option A: Full-Time (4-Day Week)
~32 hours/week (including both Sat & Sun)
Option B: Part-Time (Weekend)
Sat & Sun, 8:30am - 4:30pm
