Admin Event Coordinator

Job Description

This is a two year contract position attached to a Company engaged in conference and exhibition services in Singapore. Location: Paya Lebar (Nearest MRT: Macpherson, walking distance)
Job Scope

  • Service key accounts and manage key deliverables
  • Plan and manage all aspects the event planning process such as logistics of events and seminars including venue, guests, programs, catering and marketing, adhering to the given timelines
  • Participate in adhoc projects, programs that may arise from time to time
Requirements
  • Diploma and above
  • Has prior working experience in a related field preferred
  • Resourceful in sourcing event requirements and tracking of event expenses
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline-driven team environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm, 5 day week
Salary Range $2,000 to $3,000
