Manage administrative tasks related to representatives, including transfer administration and representative code management.
Assist in organizing and supporting company events.
Conduct fit and proper due diligence assessments for candidates.
Perform periodic assessments of existing representatives to ensure compliance.
Perform any other general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Undertake ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Resourceful, with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask, work well under pressure, and stay agile in a fast-paced environment
