You will be responsible for reviewing healthcare institutions' claims for discretionary assistance for patients' cancer drug treatments, before the funds are disbursed. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel would be an advantage. Processing appeals for exceptional MediSave withdrawals. You will be responsible for drafting recommendations on whether to accede to appeals from patients to make exceptional MediSave withdrawals for their cancer drug treatments, and computing the applicable withdrawal quantums. You will also need to collaborate and/or communicate with policy and clinical groups within the, healthcare institutions, other public agencies, and members of the public in managing these appeals. Disseminating communications on changes to the cancer drug list. You will be responsible for consolidating changes to the list of cancer drug treatments applicable for financing coverage, and disseminating this to healthcare institutions and members of the public.
