Roles & Responsibilities
:
  • Assist in procurement and tender\xe2\x80\x99s documentation and processes (e.g., consolidate requirements, quotations/price schedules, compute costing and evaluation scores etc.).
  • Assist in liaising with suppliers for procurement matters.
  • Assist in reviewing and proofreading food and nutrition related contents/guidelines.
  • Provide other administrative supports where necessary (i.e., e-filing, monthly monitoring and reporting of audit findings etc.)
  • Provide support in other projects, if necessary

Working Arrangement:
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Imm) Working Hours: Monday to Friday (office hours) Location: Near Outram Park MRT Salary: $11-$15/H
Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous personality will be strongly preferred; proactive, fast-and-keen learner.
  • Able to commit till end of contract.
