Manage incoming calls and direct to intended recipients
Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing for supplies and services
Collect and distribute incoming mails
Coordinate and oversee all travel arrangements, covering flight and accommodation bookings, data roaming, and other logistical needs
Handle and attend to courier services
Support corporate events logistics where necessary
Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies
Oversee and coordinate tenancy-related activities such as housing, maintenance follow-ups, and apartment handovers to ensure smooth operations
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
