Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, orders, and inquiries
Prepare sales quotes, invoices, and other sales documents in a timely manner
Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions
Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met.
Experience in tender submission
Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel
Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits
What we're looking for
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail
Can speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
A positive, and proactive attitude
