Be part of a dynamic, and fast-moving team, in the Automotive segment.
We provide engineering and operational support in APAC to:
- Assure fast time-to-market and industrialization of new products.
- Improve product yield and quality.
- Improve product test cost and cycle-time
- Assure on-time production deliveries to avoid customer line-down.
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active person to:
- Support our office administrative functions, such as purchasing office necessities, driving office 5S, organize team events, etc.
- Provide back-office support to process paperwork for procurement of technical hardware/services, and other administrative functions.
- Support tracking and inventory control for cost intensive items.
- Support receiving and shipping of items between our sister sites or suppliers.
- Arrange itineraries for customer or VIP visits to our office.
Profile
- Good inter-personal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up on assigned activities.
- Internet and IT savvy - able to work using both computer and mobile phone.
- Familiar with basic productivity software such as Microsoft Office, etc.
